Michelle Ledford PT, MPT is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia and obtained her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1999. She attended the University of Tennessee where she received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and was a student athletic trainer. She has been practicing physical therapy for over 20 years, solely in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
Michelle has a patient-centric, holistic approach to treating orthopedics and sports related injuries. She provides physical therapy and wellness services to those who are injured, recovering from surgery, in need of maintenance for nagging injuries, treatment of aches and pains, and those wanting to return to recreational activities as well as sports at any level. She is also state licensed in dry needling.
In her spare time Michelle enjoys working out in the gym, yoga and playing tennis with her husband, Mike and boys, Zach and Jett.

Elizabeth Swift, PT, DPT, known to us as “Lizzy”, started her collegiate career at Iona college in New York and graduated with a BS in Biology in 2005, where she also played Division 1 softball. She then graduated from Emory University in 2010 in the doctorate of physical therapy program. At Emory, she received the Johnnie Morgan Award for excellence in clinical science.
Lizzy specializes in sports and orthopedic related injuries since her graduation and uses a hands on approach to get athletes of any level “back to their game”. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, running, and playing with her 2 young girls. She also resides in the Peachtree Corners area.
Rachel White received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2017 from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center – Shreveport. As a first year clinician, Rachel completed an Orthopedic Residency at LSUHSC-Shreveport to specialize in the treatment of orthopedic conditions and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2019. Rachel has also received certification in Dry Needling.
Rachel is from Bossier City, LA and has been in Georgia since August 2018. Rachel graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from The University of Texas at Tyler. During her 4 years at The University of Texas at Tyler, she was a member of the softball team and played in two College World Series. As a lifelong athlete, Rachel loves working with people to help them become more active in their daily lives and return to their prior activities. In her personal time, Rachel loves spending time with her family and coaching softball.

Andrea received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science in 2001 from
the University of Georgia and Masters of Physical Therapy from Georgia State University in 2004.
Andrea has over 15 years of physical therapy experience treating orthopedic and sports related injuries, as well as post-operative care. Areas of special interest include treatment of sacroiliac dysfunction and other spine related injuries, including during pregnancy and post-partum, and the use of dry needling to speed the rehabilitation process. Andrea enjoys working with patients of all ages from adolescence to geriatrics and helping them reach optimal function and return to sport.
Andrea is fluent in Spanish. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, and spending time with her husband, and two children.
